Code 3 Events Support

Code 3 Events, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports charitable groups, public service, and special community projects. While many of the organizations selected to receive assistance have been law enforcement, firefighter, and emergency medical service related nonprofit organizations, we are also seeking to support education, children’s programs, and health, wellness & fitness. Our organization took over the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in 2014 with a vision of creating a more family-friendly event for children, as well as adults, to enjoy. As part of our success strategy, we decided not to obtain an open container permit as they have in years past. The outcome was an increased quality and decreased quantity of parade spectators, creating a safer environment for families. As a result, 50,000 high-quality patrons were shopping, eating, and drinking in local establishments, generating a more positive economic impact in the City of Delray Beach than in previous years.

In 2016, Code 3 Events, Inc., sponsored 21 nonprofit organizations by offering each of them free or reduced float entry into the parade, which yielded an $8,925 donation. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival provides these charitable organizations a valuable platform for presenting their cause to over 50,000 high-quality spectators and potential donors. Our goodwill toward charitable organizations encourages others to participate in the parade and festival, making it a win-win situation.

Code 3 Events, Inc., raises funds throughout the year to support the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival as well as other charitable causes.
